SOUL 4
Some impressively fast times in the sunshine today. Congratulations to men's and women's champions Ross McLennan and Kirstin Maxwell. Juniors Tim Morgan (M20 16:07) and Alastair Thomas (M16 16:11) tearing up the sprint, nice to see Tess Strain back in action too after a long layoff. INT success with Sam Bartlett winning M12, with ESOC's Maya Robertson taking W12.
Veteran winners Roger Goddard (FVO) and Heather Thomson (ESOC).
English and expats dominated the veteran classes: in 55+ John Embrey (DEE) and Jane Halliday (MOR) and in 65+ Martin Wilson (BKO) and Miriam Rosen (SROC).
