Mortonhall Local Event - Saturday 6th December 2025
This local event is low key, ideal for newcomers. It is located in the Mortonhall Estate south of the Braid hills.
Parking : Mortonhall Caravan and Camping Park - overflow car park (on left before reaching the Reception).

Public Transport : Lothian Buses getting off on Frogston Road East opposite the Garden Centre
Registration: will be signposted (likely to be in the games room at the campsite). It will be open from 11.45am.
Start Times: from 12noon to 13.30pm. Courses close at 3pm. Start is Adjacent to the Carpark (by the Campsite).
Terrain: Area has woodland / garden / longer courses go into housing estate. Underfoot: grass/track & paved. Leaves may make paths slippy. Please wear appropriate clothes and footwear for the time of year and conditions.

Finish: in the campsite. Please download immediately after finishing.
NOTE: EOD may get paper maps due to limited supply of waterproof maps.
Toilets: There is one toilet at the campsite for our use

Please be aware of possible hazards:
- It may be rough underfoot and possibly slippery if wet
- Possible movement of cars or vans around the campsite
- Dog walkers in the area
