COURSES

Maps will be printed on waterproof paper. Scale TBC.

Like many parts of Livingston, the area is perfect for urban orienteering, with plenty of pedestrian cut-throughs and housing estates with repeating patterns of housing and some excellent potential for route choice on longer legs. The area was last used for a SOUL back in 2017 - see Routegadget.

Course lengths are given below and represent optimal distance. For those not wishing to run the course specific to their age category there will be Open versions of courses 2-7 as well as age-category ones.
